Ark Green Homes Ltd is a key project under pillar three of Low-cost housing. The project was created to help low-income earners owning houses and living in the slums access rent advances to enable them to improve their houses. The project targets community members who have some rental income and wish to expand, repair, exhaust septic tanks and access biodigesters, etc.
The project targets to support the low income landlords to collect their rent and use the collected rental income as security to access advances to improve their houses. Ark Green Homes project is implemented by Ark Green Home limited.
